Individual or personal yoga lessons may be a good way for you to start your journey with yoga.
Less intimidating than a class setting, Adam will immediately put you at ease and you will discover how together you can develop a practice that is suitable for where you’re at right now; working on your strengths and weakness, any injuries or other physical challenges you might have.
One thing to remember is that yoga should leave you feeling better after, not worse.It should leave you feeling energized, calmer, stronger and more flexible, not worn out and irritable with pain in your joints or back.
Our classes will make sure this is your experience of yoga; working on building a practice you are confident to do on your own at home in between your classes. The style is Ashtanga Yoga, which is a dynamic, vinyasa based yoga-style, but the approach is person-centred. In other words, we make the yoga suit and serve your needs, not the other way around.
Success is measured on how you feel and your own, individual goals. There is no objective standard you have to meet or anyone that fails or doesn’t measure-up in this. Y0ga is truly holistic, serving to enhance the positivity of mind and through that contact our very spirit, or deepest level of being. This is available for all people, of all ages and all levels of health, no one is excluded.
